Ristorante Eccellente

Italian and seafood cooking define the menu, with a clear Mediterranean character and a selection that also includes fusion touches. The setting is informal and suited to both dinner and a relaxed meal in the center of Trieste.

The dishes most often highlighted are the fish-based preparations, together with the overall care given to food and wine. The restaurant stands out for its straightforward style and for combining a central location with a cuisine focused on classic flavors and maritime ingredients.
