If you want to taste tuna, it is the right choice. I had starters with tuna and main dish with grilled tuna (verdesca cut). Ingredients of good quality. Bill not cheap but you have high quality food.

Hands down the restaurant to go in Carloforte.. forget the rest. We ordered the raw tuna appetizer and the Girotonno which comprised the ventresca, and other cuts of the blue fin tuna. The ventresca was done to perfection - fatty flavorful and tender - done just right. Last night we were at Tonno Di Corsa, the ventresca we ordered was so tough/hard, not oily as it should be with a lot of skin and scale. Very very good meal. Other tuna cuts were also very good. Kudos to the Chef.

Nice location by seaport... very busy.. need reservations even for lunch

We had a delicious lunch as a group of 10. The lasagna is definitely worth trying since it’s made with tuna and was amazing! The swordfish was excellent, very delicate. The pasta with bottarga is also a must, and of course the tuna tartare was super fresh. The only thing I would point out is that the service could be improved. Even though the waiters were very friendly, it took quite a while to get the menus, and to have the plates cleared from the table. But overall, i recommend!

Lived up to the hype in every way. It’s not eating dinner , it’s a dining experience. Make sure you like tuna - if you don’t - go somewhere else. Just spectacular dishes . The tuna lasagna is incredible (not pictured here).
