Besides a lovely waitress, staff seemed to be unable to cope with the pressure of service. Lady at the main desk made us feel like we were a nuisance, always busy at the computer and making you wait to be acknowledged, and saying loudly to a colleague "do we have a place for them - who OBVIOUSLY didn't book?". Male staff member, we supposed owner, was not nice to team, including lady at desk and lovely waitress, making the atmosphere not that enjoyable. After being trated like a nuisance at the desk, we were sat down and waited well over half an hour for two pizzas (with nobody even looking at us), pizzas that would have been lovely if they hadn't been drenched in oil that ended up overpowering the other flavours and giving us a hard time digesting it. Felt like they weren't ready to deal with the amount of orders, and only the lovely waitress was running everywhere trying to make things work. Restaurant itself looked nice but quite cluttered, area where we sat was half empty so it was not too noisy. Edit: apparently it's my fault that I didn't understand that, unlike in any other restaurant, it was forbidden to speak to the person at the entrance. It was also my fault I was a tourist that was travelling through the area and stopped at the only restaurant in the middle of nowhere, and had the audacity of not booking.
Buona sera Claudia, in realtà non abbiamo una reception. Forse si riferisce alla postazione cassa dalla quale partono le comande e tutti gli ordini del locale. Non è una postazione di accoglienza, ma una postazione operativa e di conseguenza non è li che si viene accolti. “ vietato parlare al conducente.” mi verrebbe da dire…. Se questo ha compromesso il resto della serata ce ne rammarichiamo. ci auguriamo la prossima volta un’esperienza più gratificante e magari in una serata meno caotica, semmai quella in cui è capitata lo fosse stata. Le consigliamo la prenotazione al fine di evitare imbarazzi e lungaggini.
