Food is really good , the owner are very nice and the atmosphere is typically Italian with great vibe

We came to the restaurant twice, and each time they told us that the restaurant was closed and there were no tables available, but there were many people inside eating. The staff at the restaurant were not friendly, and they did not welcome non-Italian foreigners in a nice way.

We had a wonderful meal at Ricci Osteria del Lago and it was exactly the authentic Italian experience we were hoping for. The bruschetta was fresh, simple and packed with flavour, while the carbonara was one of the best we’ve had in Italy. Rich, perfectly cooked and made the traditional way. What really makes this place special is the atmosphere. It feels like being welcomed into a family home rather than a restaurant, with warm hospitality and genuine Italian charm. The food is authentic, the service is friendly, and you can tell there is real passion behind every dish. Hidden gem!! The food was absolutely delicious, really! Local and fresh ingredients, their traditional food is the best you can have in Bolsena. Franco and Marco made us feel at home, they were very welcoming and attentive. I can't wait to come back!
