Rena beach

We came across this place while looking for somewhere along the coast to eat before catching the ferry. End of season vibe so had impression not all available; the waiter started by asking 'what do you fancy to eat today?'. Nice. Only downsize is we never saw a menu and we have learned to ask here or you may have surprises when you get the bill. We put trust in the process:) Pasta was delicious plus thanks to good service given by the 'rocker' waiter (KISS fan)with great English! Minuses: Only our point of view but 3€uro cover for each plus 5€uro for glass of average house wine is on the high side. The pasta (at 20€ each) was excellent though pricier than photo of menu posted in a Google review. Lastly, they could also spend a bit of time and money to repair/improve the toilets to improve experience. Overall, this place is better than first impressions when you arrive so don't be dissuaded.

The staff ok, but they will not understand that the fish had to stay a little more in the fryer. But the views are great. Room for growth 🤟

For the first time, a restaurant in Italy charged me 7% of the bill. I have no idea why they charged 7%. Plus a coperto of €3 per person.
