Very very high quality delicious meal. We are staying at Poggio ai santi and il sal8 who also do a decent t-bone. But the Chianina at Fiorentina is a whole different story at much better value. Also great wines and tartare and Dolces. Really felt like Tuscan traditional authenticity. 6 stars if we could.

Best steak in the area. Very cosy place. Food outstanding. Pricey but the quality is what you pay for
