We really wanted to love this place. Server was very kind and friendly. I really liked the effort put into using local, high quality ingredients and innovating on traditional sushi. We are big sushi lovers and have eaten sushi all over the world, including in Japan. Unfortunately, this was by far the most expensive meal we had in Rome and also our least favorite by a wide margin. The quality of the fish was excellent, it was just the combinations and seasonings that mostly fell flat and bland. The iceberg lettuce, guacamole, various dried ingredients...just didn't work for us. It seemed to be trying to hard at something different and not hitting the mark. Judging from the other reviews, maybe this was just our preference in flavor.

It's a rare find. A really warm welcome with exceptionally great food. Each dish completely surprised us. It's a Michelin star level place with affordable prices for the quality provided.
I got a bonus on a website (it’s shown in the photo) and decided to make the most of it — treated myself to a little celebration. The sushi turned out amazing: fresh, well-balanced, full of flavor.
A really nice place — the sushi rolls were tasty and well prepared, you can tell the ingredients are fresh and high quality. The atmosphere was calm, and the service was quick and attentive. By the way, I also calculated the calories using the service mentioned on the photo attached to my review — it turned out to be super convenient and fast. Now I honestly recommend everyone to try this calorie-counting service; it makes it really easy to track what you eat.

Interesting sushi with Italian fusion style. Worth trying it out, fresh ingredients and seasonal specialties.
Place is small, so you probably need to reserve beforehand.
A bit more expensive with respect to other sushi restaurants.
