We had an enjoyable spontaneous lunch on a day trip to Piacenza at this casual restaurant with very good vibes. It is an ex-laundromat which has been converted into a restaurant, decorated with lots of funky and retro memorabilia. The staff were friendly and enthusiastic. We had their 3 course lunch menu comprising of primi, secondi, small dessert (and free coffee). The menu choices are small as they change daily and are recited by the waiter. The food is simple but very fresh and satisfying. We will certainly be back should we find ourselves back in Piacenza again!
Excellent value, the very tasty menu changes daily and was detailed in perfect English by the very helpful (football fan😁) server. Would love to have you as our regular lunch spot, as it seems so many locals do.
