According to our system logs (details attached), your order was taken at 7:26 PM and your final receipt was printed at 8:24 PM. Exactly 58 minutes passed between the moment you ordered and the moment you paid—an excellent turnaround time, especially considering the restaurant was completely full. Naturally, the actual wait time for your food was much shorter than that, making it mathematically impossible to have waited "over an hour" for your meal. Service time is a measurable, objective reality, not a matter of personal perception. This isn't an opinion; it is documented fact. When it comes to portion sizes and pricing, however, that is entirely subjective. We follow strict standards, serving 250 grams for our tagliata steak and 150 grams for our pasta dishes. If these amounts seem small, it is simply a matter of personal preference. The same goes for our prices, which reflect the premium quality of our ingredients and will inevitably be viewed differently by each guest. We always strive to make every experience at our restaurant as pleasant as possible, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a more satisfying visit in the future.
