the original john, 12.50€: I was little disappointed as I was waiting for something mind-blowing after reading the reviews and the sandwich was quite average. Still, the taste was okey, just a little bit dry.
Overall, the sandwiches were good, but the bread gets a bit hard if you get takeout and don't eat it while it's hot. Also, the Raul sandwich was really spicy. The main issue I had was the lack of air conditioning in the restaurant. I really think all restaurants should pay attention to this for the sake of customer satisfaction🙏🏻

We use sriracha, which generally has a medium-low level of heat, although spice perception is always very subjective. For guests who do not enjoy spicy flavours, we usually recommend choosing one of the other sandwiches on the menu. Our bread is artisan-made and delivered fresh every morning. Before serving it, we briefly toast it so that the thin outer crust becomes crisp and slightly crunchy. Thank you for mentioning the issue with takeaway: this is the first time we have received this specific feedback, and we will keep a closer eye on it. As for the air conditioning, the record temperatures of these days have put the whole of Turin under significant pressure. We are sorry that the temperature inside affected your experience and we appreciate you pointing it out. This was definitely one of the most delicious sandwiches I had in Italy. Absolutely worth trying! 🤩 The only downside is that there's no air conditioning, so during the summer it gets extremely hot inside and can be quite uncomfortable.🥵
