The staff at the Irish pub couldn't speak English and were also overwhelmed during service. We waited more than 10 minutes for our first order (drinks). We never received our food order at all, and we had to wait more than half an hour for another round of drinks.
After waiting for about 30 minutes, no member of the staff paid any attention to us. It was only after we firmly pointed it out that someone finally came to serve us.
In my opinion, an Irish pub should be about enjoying good beer and providing attentive customer service.

Wanted some hearty Irish pub grub and this was not it. Onion rings were frozen from a bag, steak was fine although quite fatty. Burgers were average at best and contained hard pieces of 'something' that put the kids off. Asked for a tomato to go with the salad and was charged. Finally the chicken escalope with puffed rice. It was a different type of 'crunchy chicken'. Was also charged 50c for ketchup to go with the additional fries. Service was ok. Defo wouldn't return.
