When you take a great thing and spoil it by trying to make it super fancy and different... The pizza dough was one of the best we had and that's where the good ends. The menus are only in Italian and staff speaks Italian only. You are advised to pick your pizza on Instagram if you cannot understand the menu. And it was impossible tor us to comprehend the menu even with translator app because the ingredients were weird and didnt make sense but there was nobody to ask or nor offer some help. The most basic pizza was tasty - like simple margarita but with high quality ingredients. Small but good. The pizza with what we expected to be a sausage was not edible and smelled so bad it made us nauseous. Again top class ingredients, very expensive, just not belonging to pizza nor our plate. It was such a waste of nearly €20 per pizza!!! The owner (we think) was friendly and it's obvious they take pride in their restaurant and gourmet pizzas, she was concerned one of our pizzas was hardly touched and offered to swap for something different. The problem is we couldn't communicate and there was nothing else appealing on the menu. We came in hungry and excited after reading glowing reviews. We left hungrier and quite angry/upset by the experience. The restaurants is beautiful though and if you like very weird things and flavours at very expensive prices it may be great for you.

Amazing food. Great service.

Tried the San Salvatore and loved the crispy guanciale, beautifully caramelised onions with Sardinian citrus honey, conciato romano cheese, extra virgin olive oil and fresh basil. The thick base made this pizza quite filling but I wouldn’t have said no to more guanciale! The staff and service are great here and they are happy to omit/change ingredients, which meant I was able to enjoy this pizza dairy-free
