Poké Factory Modena

Poké Factory Modena is a fast-casual Hawaiian-style restaurant centered on customisable bowls with fresh ingredients, combining a healthy approach with a quick, informal format. The kitchen is built around poké bowls, with combinations that highlight ingredients such as fish, chicken, avocado, vegetables and sauces.

The atmosphere is casual and practical, suited to a simple, contemporary meal in the city centre. Its most distinctive dishes are the signature bowls, especially those with balanced toppings and a fresh, colourful presentation, which make the place recognisable for its focused poké offer.
