Literally the best pizza I’ve had prob ever. I’m an Australian living in nyc and used to think we had the best supreme pizzas and while this has less toppings it’s literally the fluffiest and tastiest. I’ve had average pizza in rome and Sorrento and they were “fine” at best you literally have to come here and eat and never get full; do the vomitorum. The Hermes woman bag is gluten free and I’m not, but I got gluten free and it taste absolutely delicious without that Weirdo taste that they usually have to endure. Eat here. Now.

The fried pizza (pizza fritta) is simply incredible light and packed with an authentic flavor that blows your mind. On top of that, all the appetizers we tried were delicious; you can really taste the quality of the ingredients.
The best part is that they have the entire menu available Gluten-Free, with the same authentic taste.
Highly recommended!

I am beyond disappointed with my experience at Pizzaioli Veraci. We specifically chose this restaurant because they offer gluten-free fried pizza, but we never even got to taste the food due to the appalling treatment we received.
According to their website and online info, the restaurant was clearly listed as open at 18:45. When we arrived, the door was wide open, yet we were immediately met by a rude waiter who snapped at us, saying, "Guys, the place is closed, we open at 19:30."
He showed absolutely zero empathy for the fact that we were standing outside in the cold with a small baby. Even after we pointed out the listed opening times, he just proceeded to kick us out, shouting, "THE PLACE IS CLOSED!!"
Thankfully, Pizzeria di Napoli is just a short walk away. We went there instead, and while they don't offer the gluten-free fried version, their gluten-free brick oven pizza was excellent and the service was outstanding—a night-and-day difference in hospitality.
Shame on Pizzaioli Veraci. Unreliable, unprofessional, and unkind. Never again!
