Piazza Aurelio Saffi

Piazza Aurelio Saffi is a wide, central square in Forlì, with a clear and elegant urban setting that invites a relaxed stop for coffee or a walk. Its open pedestrian spaces and the surrounding historic buildings give it a calm, ordered atmosphere.

The area is especially appreciated for its monumental architecture, the central square layout and the pleasant outdoor cafés overlooking the piazza. It feels like a natural meeting point in the city, with a strong sense of place and a classic Emilia-Romagna city-centre character.

What makes it distinctive is the combination of scale, openness and historic presence, which gives the square a recognisable identity and makes it suitable for both brief pauses and unhurried visits.
