Drove 70 minutes to get here and so glad we did. Terrific food - this would comfortably be one of the best Italian restaurants in London (which unfortunately reflects more on London than on Fabriano...). Great value for money, short wine list of top independent growers, super friendly service. The room is lovely too. If arriving by car, note that the surrounding streets are medieval and narrow so you may be better off parking further away and walking in.

Non-fancy, just very good food and attentive service. Everything was great. Pate and artichoke apps were both perfect. The dessert wines were well-curated, interesting, and not too sweet. The only off note for me was the risotto was more toothsome than I prefer, but that may be my American preference.
Many restaurants have amazing food and certainly Osteria San Biagio does as well. But what was just as important to me and my experience at this Osteria was the amazing style of the space. From the lighting to the chill vide of the furniture to even the dramatically beautiful terrazzo floors, nothing was left to chance. The food was sublime and the wait staff was very attentive and made great suggestions for the wine list and menu. Nothing was left to chance
Exceptional restaurant in the historic heart of Fabriano: Cosy atmosphere, professional service, outstanding food with best ingredients, extensive wine menu. Highly recommended!
Tucked away in a quiet side street in lovely Fabriano, this is a great place. Fantastic food, friendly staff and a great choice of (natural) wines. A place to return to.
It was a good experience with different comment of chef on dishes 😍👌
