Osteria Nuova offers refined Piedmontese cuisine, with dishes rooted in local tradition and preparations that showcase recognizable ingredients and distinctive flavors. The setting is that of an urban osteria in the heart of Turin, convenient for those seeking a central and easily accessible location. The atmosphere is welcoming and informal, with a contemporary osteria feel that maintains a simple and pleasant feel. The restaurant is ideal for both a quick stop and a more relaxed dinner, thanks to its uncluttered decor and overall sense of familiarity. Among the most popular features are Piedmontese specialties, traditional dishes, and a cuisine that focuses on substance and consistency. The restaurant stands out for its authentic character, central location, and clear culinary approach, true to its local tradition.
Some of the best food we had in Torino. The service was excellent . . . efficient, kind, and not rushed. We loved sitting in the cellar which is cool and has a beautiful brick vaulted ceiling.
For €40 a person you can get a 4-course diner. The food is very good and the service is excellent. It can be quitte busy so I recommend to reserve in time.
