An excellent meal here focusing on traditional regional specialties. To start, we tried the Piemontese three-meat sampler, consisting of beautifully fresh Cruda di Fassone (beef tartare), flavorful Salsiccia di Bra, and a perfectly creamy Vitello Tonnato. Everything was exceptionally fresh and well-seasoned. For the main course, I ordered the Agnolotti del Plin ai tre Arrosti. The pasta was perfectly al dente, rich, and topped with a generous dusting of cheese and black pepper. Paired with a great glass of local red wine and some fresh bread, it was a flawless lunch experience. The atmosphere is casual and inviting, and the service was attentive. Highly recommended if you want to experience genuine local flavors!

Lunch was amazing. The menu is posted outside and is only in Italian. Wine lists were posted inside. We also had the tiramisu and bonet for dessert. Highly recommend the bonet.
