Our last evening in Piemonte turned into a culinary disaster. An overly familiar host, too close for comfort – perfectly in line with the food. In two words: not okay, unworthy of Italy. Despite an attempt to make up for it with wine, his lack of knowledge showed. Sadly, we say: skip it and move on next time .
