Food was served very fast, everything tasted great and was good quality. In short – a great place, I recommend it!

Terrible service. I asked for ketchup and when I got the bill (which they only gave after I paid), they charged me 1 euro for 4 ketchups when they only brought me 3. When I asked the cashier after that he's really gonna charge me for ketchup, he rudely said yes and that's how it is everywhere here. I then asked that he should have asked me there was a fee and said I had to ask them. He said he was doing his job in charging me. I then asked to speak to a manager ans said there was none and he was in charge. He could have let it go. Really bad customer service and it explains why they have 3.8 stars in reviews. Would not go back In response to customer service or who ever wrote the comment saying they care about their clients and sorry about what happened, it's just a generic message and they don't give a crap really! Once again, if this place had good service and really cared, they wouldn't have 3.8 stars with over 1.8k reviews!
