It was closed in the middle of the afternoon. The menu looked great but the fact it was closed, was very inconvenient.

Grazie per la sua segnalazione che tuttavia ci indica un dato immodificabile che riguarda il nostro orario di apertura e l'organizzazione interna e non una mancanza nel servizio. Speriamo abbia occasione di visitarci a pranzo o a cena. :)

Food was ok, nothing special, just average. The place was clean, which is nice.
I’m giving 3 stars, which is the maximum I could give based on my experience.
I came before opening time to be the first one and eat quickly. I was already waiting in line and knew what I wanted to order.
Around 12:05, a waiter came and told us to wait 10 more minutes. After that, there were about 10 people behind me. When it was finally my turn, the waiter told me I couldn’t order from the regular menu, only from the fast food board above. Then we were asked to wait again 10min+ at the entrance while people behind us were getting served.
This felt disorganized and frustrating. If fast food orders start at 12:00 but the regular menu only from 12:30, you should mention that clearly in the opening hours!

In merito al menù, alcuni piatti sono esclusivamente ordinabili nel ristorante all'interno (con servizio al tavolo); il il menù del fast, per direttive dell'OWW, offre una scelta più ristretta.
Sia il ristorante sia il fast iniziano il servizio alla medesima ora, tuttavia può aver incontrato un ritardo (di cui eventualmente ci scusiamo) dovuto alla particolare affluenza di questi giorni.
Il nostro impegno è sempre volto a soddisfare i nostri clienti sia nell'accoglienza sia nella preparazione e presentazione dei nostri piatti, quindi speriamo di riaverla presto come nostra cliente per offrirle un'esperienza totalmente soddisfacente. : )
