Decided to check out this pizza place after a recommendation, which is set up with classic pub decor, instantly gave me a warm, laid-back vibe I really enjoyed. Wasn’t sure what pizza to go for (I usually stick to Margherita or Four Cheese), but felt like branching out, so I went with the Genovese. Turned out to be a fantastic choice. The pizza itself was genuinely amazing and way beyond what I usually get. The mix of aubergine and just the right touch of gorgonzola, with the punchy flavors of pesto and the crunch from the walnuts, all played off each other perfectly. The dough had that ideal crunch around the edges, hard to beat! Only downside: we had to wait 45 minutes for our food, which was a bit long even on a busy night. Still, once the pizza landed on the table, the wait was totally worth it. Definitely a spot to try if you’re up for something a bit different from the usual, and the cozy setting is a big plus. Worth the patience for pizza lovers!

Approfitto per scusarmi sull’attesa eccessiva purtroppo a volte come in ogni lavoro possono esserci imprevisti che compromettono il normale svolgimento del servizio. Ci tengo a precisare che comunque i tempi da lei indicati non sono per noi la normalità e che quindi si è trattato di un evento eccezionale.
