nuova trattoria s.domenico

Nuova Trattoria S. Domenico offers traditional Sicilian and Italian cuisine, with a clear focus on home-style dishes and local flavors.

The atmosphere is informal and welcoming, with a simple, lively setting suited to a relaxed meal in the heart of Catania. The most appreciated specialties are pasta alla Norma, other handmade pasta dishes, and seafood and meat preparations that highlight the restaurant's classic, regional character.

Its strengths lie in the authentic, generous cooking, the recognizably local identity, and a style that feels rooted in everyday Sicilian dining.
