My Ramen

We arrived at 9.20pm towards the end of the service. We were greeted by Leonardo who welcomed us in and made us feel comfortable and at home. The starters - Gyoza and Takoyaki - were very tasty and beautifully presented! We had the Tonkotsu Ramen with the Chasu or pork slices and it was delicious! Leonardo made sure we had everything we needed and even gave us an appetizer of the Tuna Tartare which was as expected very nice. We finished off the meal with the Namachocolate, which Leonardo explained was made with a creamy liquor wick was similar to Bailey's but far better quality. Overall the food and service was fantastic, but unfortunately we were the only ones enjoying it! Hopefully it is busier on other days and times! Thanks again 🤗😋

Service could be improved a lot, very slow and kind but distracted waiter. Food wise, we got few problems, not only we found a long hair!!! in our ramen, but the ramen came with the wrong ingredients, completely different from the menu, when we told them about the wrong ingredients in it, he told us he would check with the kitchen, but we never had a follow-up from him..

Absolutely amazing food, and loads of gluten free options, gluten free ramen as well : D

The worst ramen I ever ate. Smells awful, no taste, no chicken, not warm. I’m usually good public but it’s really bad. Left without almost touching my meal.

New ownership, new menu. Not the same quality, sadly.
