Best restaurant in Martina Franca. The menu is high-end and approachable and the food was excellent. We were a party of five people and we ordered 12 items (we shared appetizers, first courses and main courses). We mixed in both from the Sea and from the Land. Everything we ordered was incredible. We can’t wait to go back. Francesco is an incredible chef and host.

Had a really nice 3 course dinner. The service was amazing, everything with a big smile and attention to detail. Starters the beef carpaccio and the puff pastries were really good and surprising. The beef filet was perfectly cooked and tasted perfect. I personally think the parpardelle wasn’t great, however the perfect starters and desert made up for it. For desert we had the special tiramisu and the lavacake. Would definitely recommend to go here again.
We can only recommend this restaurant!! Everything was absolutely perfect! We had the best tuna tartar and salmon as appetisers. The seafood pasta was amazing, so delicious! The best pasta we had in our entire trip in Italy. Another highlight was the homemade tiramisù. Also the service was great, we loved this place. When you are in Martina Franca you have to go there!! Highly recommended!!
This place was recommended by a local woman we happened to talk with, and we came for lunch which was delicious. Had a beautiful salad with beets, burata, tuna, and greens, and a few homemade pasta dishes, one that was extraordinary with a green sauce of eggplant and monkfish. The host brought out two different olive oils for accompanying the meat and fish dishes. Very attentive, correct service. Quiet, cool, stylish interior - a nice atmosphere for replenishing energy and conversation.
