The staff provides top-notch customer service, always welcoming, always smiling, and genuinely attentive to every guest’s needs. As a family-owned business, there’s a warmth and authenticity here that makes you feel instantly at home. They even offer aperitivo, which adds to the charming, true-to-tradition experience. During a recent research trip to the country, I had the pleasure of receiving a fast-track lesson on how they make their gelato. I was welcomed with incredible generosity and kindness, and they even offered continued guidance should I ever need it. It was, without question, one of the highlights of my trip, an experience I’ll always appreciate. I can’t wait to return.
