LAB 78

LAB 78 is a compact pizzeria and bar-pastry shop in Cassano delle Murge, with a casual and welcoming atmosphere suited to quick stops and informal meals.

The cuisine centers on pizza and baked preparations, with a straightforward style that focuses on well-made, familiar flavors. The setting feels relaxed and practical, with the character of a neighborhood place that also works for a sweet break during the day.

Its strongest points are the combination of savory doughs and pastry offerings, along with a simple identity that blends a bar, a pastry counter, and a pizzeria in one address.
