WORST CARBONARA IN MY LIFE!
The fried guanchale tasted like old oil, spoiled the whole dish. We put them aside and paid anyway. The server had the nerve to even show us the guanchale that they hold in a plastic casserol ( unsanitary ). There are better places that serve real carbonara

tiramisu was very good, as well al the limoncello. thing is, the carbonara was overcooked in every aspect except for the pasta which was undercooked. when we told her it tasted off, she went inside and came back with the plastic tupperware container (reusable, big red flag) that held the guanchale. ingredients need to be kept in stainless steel, not plastic.
something is off about this place, and the waiter was very rude when we told her it tasted off.

Best seafood ín Siracusa, I guess. Great hospitality, be careful with Gin Tonic, strong as hell, but quality is good. Try this restaurant of old town ín Siracusa.

We’ve visited many places in Ortigia, but with full confidence we can say this is the best restaurant we’ve found here.
I’m not exaggerating when I say that the dishes we had here are among the best we’ve eaten this year. For us, this is easily the best culinary discovery of 2026, and we are definitely not people who rarely eat out.
We wholeheartedly recommend this place and would love to hear your opinions, we’re curious if you’ll come to the same conclusion. If you’re in Syracuse, it’s absolutely worth coming here at least once for outstanding seafood dishes.
An excellent place overall. Honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if they earned a Michelin star one day.
