La Locanda del Poeta

Italian and Mediterranean cuisine with a focus on traditional dishes and local ingredients, served in a scenic, serene, and welcoming atmosphere.

The setting is defined by its peaceful location and a dining room that feels intimate and relaxed, making the experience especially tied to the landscape around Collalto Sabino.

Standout dishes are the fresh seasonal preparations and the simple, regional recipes that highlight the product quality and the connection to the territory.
