My compagno and I enjoyed a delicious dinner here during a roadtrip in Abruzzo, which concluded with the chef, Mario, coming out to say hi to us and gifting us with more of his time after a long day of work. We learned so much about l'Aquila, papal history, the sisma, local specialties and places not to miss in the area. The restaurant's atmosphere is cool and I would have liked to have tried everything on Mario's menu, he is so knowledgable about food and culture, personal glow an unexpected regalo. These experiences make local explorations next level

Loved this restaurant. Food was incredible. Lamb was like nothing I’ve ever had before My favorite restaurant in l’Aquila. The owners are so nice and were very kind to a foreigner like me. I loved it so much I went back 2 days in a row. Pasta is fresh and local, and the lamb is unbelievable.

Small, cozy with delicious home cooked meals. Hidden gem, and a bit quieter than places in the main area.
