I had much higher expectations for this restaurant, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. I had to wait in a long queue for about an hour before getting a table. In addition, I had to pay for my meal in advance before even receiving it, which felt unusual and not very comfortable. When I finally got my food, the pasta was extremely disappointing — honestly, one of the worst I have ever had. It was not just below average, but genuinely unpleasant to eat. The drinks also seemed to be pre-made rather than freshly prepared, which added to the overall impression of low quality and lack of attention to detail. Overall, I left feeling very disappointed and would not choose to return or recommend this place.
Fantastic place food was incredible very fresh and massive portions i found this place through where I was staying Would definitely recommend especially if you wanting seafood the octopus salad was to die for 😊
I’m so happy that another local restaurant recommended me to this gem and Gianmaria’s service was out of this world!! It was my first time in Rome and the food was pretty disappointing until I got out of the city’s center and found this place with the help of a local! The crab pasta was so good and it was so cheap compared to what they could’ve charged for the same plate in the US. 22 Euros for a crab pasta with a full crab that was amazing, I mean like how is that even possible?? The appetizers were great as well! We got the appetizer sashimi and carpaccio trio tasting and just WOW!! Tuna tartare was great as well! We also got the octopus salad and I think it would’ve been be even better if there was more acidity to it. We were so full by the end of our pastas and Gianmaria brought out a decadent and delicious Sacher cake! So good, definitely give them a try! And you know that this is where the locals eat at because there’s no “Tiramisu” on the menu for the tourists LOL
