L' Osteria di San Teodoro

Best place we have eaten in San Teodoro, and we have been here two weeks, so tried pretty much all the reasonable restaurants around. Food is excellent and at very good price. Also, has the best atmosphere, far from the noise in the centre of town, nice to diner under the stars listening to the crickets. Very quiet and intimate garden.

We had a wonderful dinner here. The food was absolutely delicious, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing. We especially loved the cozy garden where we had dinner in the evening. Highly recommended!

We were approached at the beach by a promoter of this place (Andrea), and we asked him if we could watch the football match there and he said yes. Our priority was not to eat at L’Osteria, but to watch the game. At half time, of the match and our dinner, a -not so lady- came to our table in the rudest manner telling us we had 15 minutes to leave, threatening to shut down the tv and speaking in the most disrespectful way, while we were still waiting for desert and had a half bottle of wine still to drink. Unfortunately, a great evening was ruined by the most disrespectful attitude of this person (according to her, the owner of the place which made it even more astonishing). What had been until then a great dinner, with great service by Andrea and Bennetta ended up in a very uncomfortable situation as this person forced us to finish our dinner in a hurry and didn’t event let us finish watching the match. By the way, it was 10 pm when she first told us we had to leave, while the restaurant is supposed to be open until midnight.

So nice and the food was amazing
