So far on our trip to Italy this is by far the worse meal we have ever eaten. Our appetizer was cold inside, our steaks were so tough it was hard to cut them, no seasonings what so even and most of all I had to wait for the check and service was awful..
For the amount of the cuts of meat this is ridiculous. Shame on you
The wine was excellent.

Let me start with the positive. The restaurant is in a great location and is well designed, with a modern Brazilian steakhouse vibe. The staff is friendly, and the wine was fabulous. Now for the negative: for someone who has eaten steak from Spain to Japan, I can say this is the absolute worst steak I have ever had. I ordered the T-Bone, Swami, and picanha. These steaks didn't even have a beef taste or any seasoning. I have personally eaten a bad steak with good seasoning, but this was beyond atrocious. I couldn't even finish my steak. The pizza looked good at least; maybe I would stick with pizza and leave steak to other restaurants. I'm pretty sure the steak was rotten or spoiled. Maybe it's just one of those tourist restaurants.

Terrible experience from start to finish. We were first told to find the menu ourselves through a QR code instead of being given one directly. After asking for physical menus, we finally got them, but when we had a few questions about the dishes, the “manager” came over, grabbed the menus out of our hands while we were still reading, and told us to check online instead.
We eventually placed our order, but due to unclear menus and staff with very limited English skills, half of our group received something completely different from what they expected. The pizza I ordered was actually good, but overall the portions left us hungry, and to top it off we got a small lecture in Italian, apparently we don’t understand Neapolitan food culture.
Would not recommend. Just keep walking along the promenade and you’ll find plenty of friendlier and more welcoming restaurants.
