Il Saluto di Ubu

Il Saluto di Ubu is a contemporary Italian restaurant with a relaxed, lively atmosphere and a location that makes it easy to combine a meal with a walk through the center of San Benedetto del Tronto.

The cuisine focuses on Italian dishes prepared with care, with particular attention to seafood specialties and well-made regional flavors. The setting feels informal and welcoming, with a simple style that suits both a quick stop and a more leisurely meal.

What stands out most is the sense of place: a practical, central spot, a friendly atmosphere, and a menu that highlights familiar Italian cooking with a local character.
