I cannot thank more Tesla Grok who suggested me this restaurant. First impression…: “why I drive 20 minutes just for a restaurant?”. Then I arrived. Not in the city center. I presumed will be empty in this out of city center area. I hardly found to park (ok there is plenty space to park for many cars). The buildings preparing you. Very good architecture. Amazing colour combination. Enter the restaurant. Amazing decoration, smiling welcome and became very clear that “is better for us to book in advance”, simply because the place is packed. People know what they will get and have it as their favourite destination. Then the catalogue arrived. You understand that “probably the secret ingredient of the chef, is their soul”. The rest I will not mention in details. The photos talk and i guarantee to you for a flight to the moon of taste and gourmet ecstasy. Congratulations all. Thank you for this wonderful evening meal.

We had such a memorable evening at Il Colmetto! Firstly we were met by the welcoming party- a group of donkeys! Then Riccardo gave us a short tour of the garden and the goat dairy, the products of which we were able to try later. The service from Niccolo and Stefano was perfect and they were so patient with our four kids. We particularly appreciated the kids toilet facilities and outside playground. The food was incredibly fresh and delicious. The wine paring was superb. Highly recommended and huge thanks to the whole team ♥️🙏

Fantastic dining experience! We were here for a birthday with two families with young children and we all felt taken care of and welcomed. Fantastic food and service, amenities for children (+ the farm animals were a hit), and overall excellent dining experience. Creative cuisine, a true love and appreciation for the farm to table concept. Thanks a lot!
