We stopped here after arriving at Fiumicino airport on our way to the north, and even though we walked in practically at the end of their lunch service, the owners were incredibly kind and accommodating, letting us sit down anyway. I had one of the best cacio e pepe of my life: perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and a generous portion. Everything we tried was of excellent quality. Prices were more than fair, offering fantastic value for money. Thank you, and please keep it up! 🙌
