Here’s a sharper version that stays factual and suitable for a Google review: Forcing customers to leave a tip by aggressively asking them to choose a percentage is unacceptable—especially in Italy, where tipping is not mandatory. The waitress also “mistakenly” brought us two different bottles that were more expensive than the one we had ordered. There was no apology, no explanation, and we weren’t even given the opportunity to taste the wine before it was served. To make matters worse, we waited around 25 minutes for the bottle. The only compliments go to the chef. The food was outstanding, especially the sushi, which was the highlight of the evening. Unfortunately, the service was rude, unprofessional, and inattentive from start to finish. The hostess at the entrance was no better—her attitude was unnecessarily confrontational and far from welcoming. The music was nice, but it wasn’t enough to make up for such poor service. Great food deserves a team that treats customers with the same level of care and respect.

Amazing place if you want to take an Instagram picture to boast around how cultured you are + of course spend €30 for 8pices sushi (delicious by the way) but you can hardly find here a true jazz bar. So you choose...

Place had a nice vibe. We did not have reservations and when we walked up they told us that there was no seating upstairs (in the club). However, shortly after a group of 6 walked up and was able to get in (they did not have reservations). After, they offered us to go up but we declined due to the late night (it was close to 10PM by now). All that said, we had a sushi appetizer and two rounds of drinks and they were spot on. Even downstairs, the atmosphere is nice. Highly recommend reservations but there is a $30 per head cover charge that you pay in advance. We could hear the music from downstairs and it sounded like a goob vibe and scene upstairs.
