We got there about 20 minutes after our booking, and the girl at reception immediately made a rude comment about us being late, even though there were plenty of empty tables. The ordering app was awful. It kept showing our basket as empty and never made it clear if the order had actually gone through. Because of that, we accidentally ordered some dishes twice and ended up getting charged a penalty for the food we couldn’t finish. The service was just as bad. The staff kept ignoring us, and we had to try several times just to get a bottle of water. The worst part was at the end. We were still eating when a waiter came over and told us we had to leave because they wanted to close. They literally kicked us out in the middle of our meal and still charged us the penalty fee. The sushi was actually really good, but the service was terrible. I’ll never come back, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.

The person on the tills I would say the worst ever , because my carte was from abroad I should digit my codes and she took the card reader down where I couldn’t see it and I don’t know why she took it there for a few minutes. How rude and not safe ! Honestly they need to be trained how to treat people.
