The food was good, the prices were reasonable, and the place itself is cute. However, the service was disappointing. We had to wait a long time before anyone acknowledged us or explained where to sit. If it had been our first visit, we would have been left standing at the entrance not knowing what to do. Even though staff were around, no one came to assist us for quite some time. Overall, the food and value were good, but the service could be much more attentive and welcoming.

I arrive at Como for work in the morning and usually stop by for a coffee and a croissant. Normally I order at the counter, but this time the staff let me order at a table, which was great. As for the cappuccino today, there was so much foam that there was hardly any coffee in the cup, which wasn't the case before. I think I might need to find a different cafe next time.
