We stopped by last night for a drink on our way back after a hot day in Lucca. We’re a family of five, and even though we didn’t have a reservation, we were given such a warm welcome by the friendly staff. They found us a table right away, and the atmosphere was fantastic.
We had already eaten, so we just ordered drinks, which were served with two generous jugs of popcorn, which made our kids especially happy! Thank you for making us feel so welcome, we really appreciated it!

We tried this restaurant out because it was a brewery. It was ok. Food and prices are decent. Beer selections were good. However, service just lacks. Because we weren't true Italian, our server wasn't very attentive. Dropped our food off and never came back to check on us. My husband wanted another beer and no one every came back to bring us one. We finally left. We won't go back. Please work on customer service!

We were staying outside of Lucca in May for a conference and we wanted some local/regional beers. We stopped and were amazed at the selection of beers, the friendliness of the staff (spoke english very well) and their amazing hospitality! We took home 4 growlers of different beers for our group and they were all gone that night! I highly recommend this amazing restaurant and pub! -Jerry

Doppio has their own craft beers and a good menu. A highlight is the staff. They are very friendly!
They also have some games, like a pool table, table football, darts, table tennis, and outdoor/oversized chess.
Indoor and outdoor seating for almost any sized crowd.

The best vegetarian burgers of my life!
Love the beer sauces too. Birramisu dessert is fabulous. Really missed a place like this in Lucca.
