Domus dei Tappeti di Pietra

Byzantine mosaics and archaeological remains define this site, set beneath the church of Sant'Eufemia in Ravenna. The spaces bring together richly decorated floors, marble inlays and geometric, vegetal and figurative motifs, creating a compact and coherent picture of a late-Roman residence.
