Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are glad to know you appreciated the kindness of our service. We are, however, sorry to read that your experience did not fully meet your expectations. One thing that surprised us is that, throughout your meal, we checked on your table several times—as we always do with our guests—to make sure everything was to your liking. We even asked again after noticing that your wife wasn’t eating the salad ,and you kindly reassured us with a smile that everything was fine and that you were simply full. Your saltimbocca plate was returned finished, as was the tiramisù. At Coquinaria, we work with a small market menu based on fresh, seasonal ingredients, and every dish is prepared to order. If something is not as expected, we genuinely encourage our guests to tell us while they are with us. We are always happy to replace a dish, adjust it, or find another solution whenever possible, because our priority is that everyone leaves satisfied. Unfortunately, when we are told that everything is perfect during the meal, we have no opportunity to address any concerns before our guests leave. We truly appreciate your visit and hope you might give us another chance in the future to offer you the experience we always strive to provide.
