You should come here. Full stop. Skip the other restaurants, skip the bars right next to the basilica, come here instead. The food is well priced and extremely high quality. The service is fantastic. The environment of the restaurant is perfect. This is authentic Italian cuisine in an authentic Italian place. The greatest thanks to Eli, our server. I apologize for taking almost 4 weeks to write this review. I still remember how excellent you were, how you answered our many questions, and how you cared so much about giving us a great experience. Again, to anyone curious, come to this restaurant.

The fact that you still remembered the experience, the food, and especially Eli’s care after all that time means a great deal to us. What a wonderful place to have typical Piemontese dishes prepared excellently, and served by a patient and very nice staff. Our dinner here was one of our highlights on our trip to lovely Torino. We would certainly return and will recommend. Complimenti a tutti.

We are tourists visiting Turin from Dublin, and our lunch at Trattoria Conserva di Superga was one of the most memorable experiences of our trip. The food was excellent, beautifully prepared and thoughtfully presented, but what truly stood out was the service. A special thank you to the young woman who looked after us throughout lunch: she managed the timing between courses perfectly and described every dish with knowledge, elegance and genuine passion. We especially appreciated that she spoke fluent English, which made us feel immediately welcome and allowed us to fully enjoy and understand the experience. Another detail that impressed us was the wine recommendation: not only was it explained with enthusiasm and expertise, but it was also perfectly paired with each course, enhancing every dish and making the entire lunch even more memorable. What touched us the most was the patience and wonderful attention she gave to our little boy. She was always kind, smiling and attentive without ever being intrusive, making us feel completely relaxed and cared for. We were genuinely impressed by the elegance of the service, the professionalism and the level of hospitality we received. It exceeded all expectations and is something we will remember fondly when we return to Dublin. Thank you for making our lunch in Turin so special.

Very authentic Piemontese food, moderately priced and carefully prepared. The vitelo tonatto and artichoke tuna salad were splendid! Also try the boar ragu!
