Marica and Frederico were absolutely SUPERB! Magnifico... I have had a few carbonaras in rome and this one was a level above. Including Bacano's version who won the best of rome 2024. This dish was by far richer and could tell really made with care. Marica's food and wine recommendations were spot on. And Frederico's grappa tutorial was GREAT and made my novice grappa experience perfect. If I am able to return to rome, I will most definitely come to Pasta e Vino more. And will also look forward to taking their cooking class for sure. Highly recommended...

I'd skip it. Most of them items were just okay. If you go, get the lasagna. Skip the gnocchis.

Perfect Ghofrane was amazing she speak French and that help us to understand the menu.
