Good for: • Sitting and relaxing • Coffee and casual food • Evening walk with family The environment is calm, well maintained, and not crowded like typical malls. However: • Limited number of shops • No major brands • Not a full shopping destination Best suited if you live nearby or want a quiet place to spend time. Overall, good lifestyle space but not a mall.
