Casale Oleo

Exquisite experience overall. We had an incredible stay at casale oleo, where a very warm, friendly and stylish family welcomes you. Stunning views and beautiful rooms! Make sure to eat at least once at the restaurant. We loved the menu and all the glasses of white and red wine (also amazing rosé). We come certainly back to the Maremma.

Casele Oleo is magical. Guido and his family are amazing. The accommodations are beautiful and the meals were exquisite. The only problem with our stay is that we didn’t book enough nights to adequately enjoy this Tuscan treasure. 10/10 recommend.

Casale Oleo is incredible—a delight in every way. Stunning property, perfect hosting from the family running the hotel, incredible breakfast with local products, etc. We were blown away and hope to be back for another stay.

Absolutely amazing place full of peace and breathtaking views. Here you can truly slow down, enjoy rest and tranquility, and recharge your energy. The design of the rooms and the whole accommodation is stunning. Breakfasts are excellent, and you can enjoy them in a calm and unhurried atmosphere. The access road is unpaved, but if you drive slowly, it’s perfectly manageable. An incredible place with fantastic hosts.

Casale Oleo is a dream. It’s situated on a hill with incredible views of Tuscan rolling hills. The interior of the rooms and restaurant are aesthetically beautiful: the use of wood, stone, iron and earthy colours made it feel really serene. The breakfast consists of only locally sourced produce: from the yoghurt, to the honey, to the eggs, to the jam - and the olive oil is from their own trees. There are a max of 5 rooms which means everything feels personalised and tranquil. It’s an exceptional place like no other in Tuscany! To top it off, Guido and his wife (the owners) are so wonderful and kind - grazie per tutti!!
