For our short stay in Bergamo, we have visited the restaurant twice and all I can say is that the staff were super friendly and welcoming, the food was very delicious (definitely the best pizza I’ve ever tasted!) and the service was fast and professional 👏

The pizza was so good, one of the best pizzas I've had. The dough was so light & crunchy & delicious. We had to wait for the pizza quite some time, but that was probably due to the restaurant being full.

Average quality food with an emphasis on either low quality cheese or poorly melted cheese. Besides, the staff acted as if they didn't want to, or the older gentleman didn't like the Polish language. He threw cutlery and bottles around, didn't even offer us water, and didn't even ask if we wanted it. I dont recomend this restauration.
Dear customer, we're sorry about your experience, but no one in the restaurant speaks Polish. Let's not pretend we don't. Furthermore, water is on the menu and is not free.

We were hot and tired and looking forward to a family meal, but this restaurant really let us down. First they had none of the drinks we wanted, next they had run out of Caesar Salad. The margarita was good, the salad the chips and the fish were terrible. They forgot our water and all in all it was a real waste of time, plus sitting outside was horribly hot. I can’t recommend for anything other than Pizza, and even then choose carefully!
Dear Hannah, we're sorry your experience wasn't a positive one, and we'll certainly take your comments into account. Our restaurant's drink list and menu are online. We're sorry you didn't find what you were looking for, but perhaps you should have checked first, perhaps even asking for a menu before sitting down. Unfortunately, we can do very little about the heat... in Bergamo, as in much of Italy and beyond, it was very hot and humid during those days, making it decidedly difficult for all of you, customers and us staff.
