Fantastic dining experience!

Somewhere between fine dining and local osteria, they have traditional dishes, their own takes on some, and also dry-aged steaks (which in Piedmont is a no-no). Not all the dishes are great, but those are - they're really good. And they have amuse bouches between courses, wjlhich is nice. Finally,they have a wide selection of *local* wines, and the sommelier knows their job well

There one or two lovely dishes and the setting is nice but overall the food was fairly unremarkable, especially for fine dining and at this price point. There are some fantastic restaurants in Barbaresco but unfortunately this isn’t one of them.

Excellent food! I ordered a food tasting menu (degustazione) for 50€ at this Michelin star restaurant and I had a very nice experience. The ambiance is very relaxing and the interior is very unique. Can't complain with their staffs, they are nice. Every bite of the food is like a blast of awesome flavours in your mouth. From appetizers to dessert is flavorful. I must add that their toilet is "hotel clean". Has a very good choice of ambient perfume hence smells very nice and relaxing. They sell those toiletries which you can use and try for washing your hands. I'd definitely come back again to taste some more!

Excellent restaurant with a fantastic tasting menu paired with premium local wines. Every course was beautifully presented and full of flavor. A refined and memorable dining experience. Highly recommended!
