THE BEST FOOD we have had in Sicily. Absolutely astounding meals and service! The Whipped Cod is something seriously special, along with the Seared Octopus. We had three starters and two mains to share, and every single plate was exceptional. The flavours were sublime, and the depth of thought in making the menu is clear. Compliments to the chef! The waiters go above and beyond to make your experience so much more than a standard restaurant meal. They are so knowledgeable about the ingredients, wine and process, all whilst being approachable and friendly. What an experience, and we absolutely recommend this diamond in Cefalu!
Happy to add to the very positive reviews after a lovely dinner here. It started with a friendly welcome from Christiano, who gave excellent service throughout the meal. Both the menu and wine list showed the thought that has gone into the offerings.
And the food was the star. The pasta was the most perfect al dente. Everything was seasoned, prepared and plated with that level of execution.
Well recommended.
This is a really interesting restaurant, they're clearly trying to do something innovative and considered and for the most part, succeeding. The food is really great as is the wine, service is attentive without being overbearing.

Visited last year and this year as well. Nice experience with sustained quality.
I think a good value for the money.
Octopus is nice. Flavour-wise, I've enjoyed the starter of fish cream with the red onion the most (nice texture of the cream and balanced flavour with the pickled onion).
