Fantastic updates of croquetas, with super creamy and crunchy panko crust; and aged Serrano ham and pan tomate. But the absolute marvel was artichokes slow baked in oil with him … great find in Mercato Centrale, super host and owner!

It’s a part of a central station food court. Looking quite shabby and they salted our food with bare fingers - the same fingers they just touched everything😵💫 just 2 hours have passed yet, but Im mostly ok for now
Go past the noise and bustle of the ground floor of Milan Central Station's food court and go up the stairs to the restaurant area if you want a treat. We had the most delicious meal here, including an artichoke paella and a tender pork dish, both couldn't be faulted. The staff were so accommodating and rushed around to find me a mint tea. Will be hoping to visit again!
